Rakesh Kumar was born in Khatima Uttarakhand India to Mallu Prasad and Prabha Devi in a Hindu family.^[3] His father was an Service Man. From a young age, Kumar was very interested in social working. His father too enjoyed hard work. He lived and grew up in Uttar Pradesh Salempur and later he moved to Uttarakhand He received his school education from Saraswati Vidhya mandir, higher education, but dropped out as he was not much interested in studies. He requested his father that he wanted to learn Social 

Service further, and his father somehow saved money to send him to Dehradun. Kumar went to Dehradun to learn Social Activities and lived in Dehradun for five years learning and Help Poor Peoples. Kumar also has a sister, Kumkum & Seema. When Kumar was a teenager, his father asked him what he aspired to be. Kumar expressed his desire to become an Biggest Social Worker.
