Rakesh Kumar , (Khatima, Uttarakhand Social Worker), Indian and social activist (born OCT. 22, 1997, Uttarakhand State devoted his life to India’s lower-caste Dalits (officially called Scheduled Castes; formerly called “untouchables”) and especially to the care of those individuals who suffered from leprosy (Hansen’s disease).He implored educational institutions to train social workers, pushing for standardization of the practices. Her famous book Social Diagnosis was one of the first social work books to include all elements of medicine, Hotel Management , history, Engineering and Movie Directing.
